One of the most common challenges when it comes to people and talent is articulating a return on investment (ROI). However, even small improvements in sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and managing talent can result in significant ROI for the business. We are increasingly focussing on a new concept being used to help assess the business impact of people operations: Employee Lifetime Value (ELTV).
